Our Honeywell evohome Technical Help & Support is one of the many reasons our customers purchase their products from us. Add our technical support package to your evohome order in order to access our 24/7 forum and obtain technical phone support.
Terms & Conditions
- 1. We will not technically support any products bought from other shop or merchant.
- 2. The Smart Thermostat Shop customers must contact us with a valid 5 number order reference to obtain support.
- 3. ‘Customer Only’ forum access is only granted to The Smart Thermostat Shop customers who have added our Technical Support Package to their order.
- 4. Wi-Fi & App related issues are not covered in our Technical Support Package and you must contact Resideo on 0300 130 1299 for technical support with these issues.
- 5. A maximum of 30 minutes support is eligible per customer. Technical support will be charged at a rate £15 per 15 minutes of support thereafter (payable up front).
- 6. We have the right to refuse technical assistance where non-competent persons are requesting technical information that may endanger life or property (how to take the casing off a gas boiler without being Gas Safe registered, for example)
- 7. Technical advise is given to the best of our knowledge and in good faith based on the information we are provided. By purchasing a Technical Support Package from us you are agreeing that we cannot be held liable for any non-related issues that arise after our technical help.
- 8. We reserve the right to refuse to give technical support, due to staff absence, holidays or any other staff related issue. At such point, a full refund of our technical support package would be made.
