Welcome to The Smart Thermostat Shop, an online smart thermostat shop specialising in thermostats that can be controlled by a smart device using an App. This shop is owned and maintained by Mid Wales Plumbing & Heating Supplies Limited (MWPHS.co.uk), which was established in January 2014. The Smart Thermostat Shop was launched in June 2021 following the success of Directors Richard and Diane Burrows’ existing online stores; The Evohome Shop and The Intergas Shop, after an overwhelming demand from customers for a larger range of smart heating controls. The Smart Thermostat Shop merged with The Evohome Shop in October 2022.
Richard has been in the heating and hot water business since 2002 and was one of the very first Honeywell Connected Specialists in the UK. He currently oversees much of the technical support side of The Smart Thermostat Shop. He remains an active member of many plumbing and heating groups/forums as well as providing training for smart heating systems & controls.
Diane is our experienced finance director and ensures the successful day to day running of the business. Between managing orders, liaising with suppliers, and handling the finances she never has a dull day. Her previous experience working in property development has put us one step ahead with renewable technologies and heating control systems.
